Your First Orthodontic Appointment

On your first orthodontic visit, Dr. King would like to get to know you and/or your children and will listen very carefully. His goal is to understand what your and/or your child’s concerns are and present what is possible in meeting you and/or your child’s needs, so you can make the best choices for yourself and/or your family. Your initial appointment is thorough. All choices of care will be explained. Please assist us by providing the following information prior to or at the time of your first visit:

    • Any x-rays (if applicable).

    • A list of medications presently taking (if applicable).

    • If you have medical or dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

    • Completed patient registration forms.

    • Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern or if you are on any medication.
